Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy for anyone 18 years or older. At this time, I do not see anyone under the age of 18 for any services. Therapy is available in person or via telehealth for your convenience. Additionally, as a PSYPACT provider, I am able to provide services to individuals in most states. I do offer free 15 minute consultations to answer questions, discuss your goals for therapy, or see if I may be a good fit for you.

I specialize in working with adults struggling with a variety of concerns including life transitions, relationship difficulties, depression, and anxiety. Please see my 'About' page to learn more about my approach, education, and training.
Private Pay
For individuals who do not have insurance that I accept or chose not to use insurance, I do offer private pay options. All sessions are approximately 50 minutes and are billed at the rate of $190. I require credit card payment and do not accept cash or checks at this time. For individuals with out of network mental health insurance benefits, I do provide Superbills. Superbills can be submitted to insurance companies for possible reimbursement.
Insurance
I currently accept many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Optum, United, and more. Before starting services with me, we will verify coverage and any co-pays or or other costs that you may be responsible for. Please note at this time I am unable to see any clients currently on Medicaid.
Psychological Assessment
I provide psychological assessments for a variety of referral questions. Please reach out to me for additional questions regarding the testing process or what types of evaluations may be available.
While I do accept several major insurance plans, it is important to note that not all testing may be covered. Please reach out to me directly with questions about cost, so I can provide the most accurate information.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
ADHD evaluations can be helpful for many reasons. Folks seeking additional care or services may benefit, as well as individuals hoping to learn more about how their brain works. I offer different options for ADHD testing depending on what you are specifically hoping to gain.
Learning Disability
If you or your teen has been noticing academic difficulties, an evaluation for learnings disabilities can provide clarification and meaningful information. I offer this type of testing for individuals 16 years or older.
Additional Psychodiagnostic Testing
I also offer psychological testing for an array of additional reasons. These types of evaluations may include furthering diagnostic clarification, understanding cognitive abilities, or increasing understanding of one's self.
